Within three days of purchasing your item we will package and ship your produce using either 4PX (when available for your location) Take Send or China Post. As soon as your items are in the mail system you will be sent a tracking number to trace your package.

Due to the natural of international mail delivery it is hard to give an accurate estimation of delivery times. Depending on the destination and time of year, items can be held up in customs for a significant amount of time. With that in mind I would suggest you plan for 3 to 4 weeks before you receive your item (and hopefully be pleasantly surprised when it arrives early).

United States of America - Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)

We ship all products to the United States using DDP. This means we pay the appropriate tariffs on any shipments, so when the parcel arrives in your country it will proceed through customs without any further charges needing to be paid.

• United Kingdom - 2 to 3 weeks
• Central Europe - 2 to 4 weeks
• Australia and New Zealand - 2 to 4 weeks
• South Africa - 4 to 5 weeks
